Serbia has a 15% corporate tax rate. The Serbian Ministry of the Interior has published a draft amendment to the law on obtaining Serbian citizenship.
Number one — to obtain permanent residence, it will be enough to have a residence permit for 3 years instead of five. If you have a permanent residence, you can immediately apply for citizenship.
Number two — digital nomad visas are being introduced.
Number three — the term of the work permit will be increased from 1 to 3 years.
Number four — if you pass an exam in the language and history of the country, you will not need to renounce your previous citizenship.
The bill will be adopted after the approval of the parliament and the signing by the president.
